Silly me, for some reason I thought the citizens of Massachusetts were the ones maintaining a Democratic monopoly in our Congressional delegation. And since one of the Senators we had chosen is unable to continue to do his job effectively, especially in these times where our representation is so important, I for one would like to have something done so our voices are heard. Rather than have our voices going into a pillow in Hyannisport, perhaps it’s time that Kennedy’s constituents had their voices heard without the GOP labeling everything out of his mouth as a eulogy for Mary Jo.

Ironically, shoving elders out onto an ice floe is part of the health care reform proposal.

Or so I’m led to believe by some wild-eyed man I saw screaming hysterically at a recent town hall hyperbole-fest.

More than just a whiff of B.S., is this half-witted drunken sot of a Senator who somehow believes he has made more of a contribution to society than merely attempting to teach Mary Jo Kopechne how to swim.

In the old days, very sick elders would be put onto an ice floe and shoved out into the sea.

Anybody have an spare ice floe? Perhaps something in the shape of a 1967 Oldsmobile Delmont 88?
