		<description>Relative to the above-noted statements by Cynthia Stead, I could not have said it better. I agree with her completely. Thank you for your enlightening comments, Ms. Stead. In addition, I venture to say that numerous public officials (and the public-at-large) all over this peninsula will be speaking their concerns, while at the same time objectively analyzing and publicly debating the various Special Commission recommendations in the days, weeks and monthat ahead.</description>

Me neither.  Because they call it an assessment instead of a tax.  And this year, the CCC assessment was more than - and on top of - the assessment for the rest of county services put together.

I would respectfully suggest that the county does not have a good record on fiscal management, tranparency, OR consultation, and that there cannot be enough boogey men to alert the public about thier plans.</description>
