I’d also like to know where you found your information that Keating is the “third worst” Congressman (and the context for “worst”).

I say all this, in the interest of full disclosure, as an unenrolled voter who does not like within the Ninth District, i.e., someone with no vested interest in the outcome of this race. My only direct concern is whether the guy in office will return my phone calls. I ask these questions because I don’t care for rhetoric without facts, which is what much of your comments are.
