		<description>I really like this idea, these things should be a personal choice with an incentive
for use, with more acceptance rationale could win ( I think the holding tank could be made to look alot cleaner)
I also think that any one who can reduce the parts per person per house or what ever to the minutest range should not have to go along with any town decision about what&quot; we&quot; should do or be charged to as a system at large.
Many people are proactive in alsorts of arenas and have been as a way of life.
why should they be burden with any of the costs for the rest. It takes a village
