Dancing For A Cure fundraiser

The fourth annual Dancing For A Cure fundraiser, sponsored by Dance Designs of Hyannis, will be held Saturday, December 19 at 7 PM and Sunday, December 20 at 2 PM at Knight Auditorium At Barnstable High School on West Main Street in Hyannis.

Tickets, which cost $10 for adults and $5 for children, are available at Dance Designs at 11 Enterprise Road, Hyannis, and at the door.

One hundred percent of the proceeds from the event benefits Friends of Dana Farber in its efforts to cure and prevent ovarian and breast cancer.

This year, the event will have two guest speakers from Dana Farber. Dr. Dan Morganstern a oncologist and Ms. Lauren Emily Frei. We will also have local speakers Ms. Jaqui Plummer a breast cancer survivor and a spokesperson for the American Cancer Society.

There will also be from Barnstable High School performing along with dancers from Dance Designs.
