Experience
Sixteen years as the Zoning Administrator for the Town of Falmouth, bringing an extensive background in Land Use, Zoning, Planning, and Affordable Housing. Her role was that of communicator, negotiator, and facilitator while in that position--all the same professional qualities necessary to be a successful real estate broker. Served on the Falmouth Affordable Housing Committee for 7 years. Prior to working for the Town of Falmouth, Bonnie worked for 12 years as an Associate Broker for Mary Lou Woolkalis Real Estate located on Main Street in Falmouth. Bonnie maintains the continuing education courses for realtors and has attended many seminars on housing and land use.
Personal
Bonnie resides in Falmouth with her husband, Jerry (retired U.S. Coast Guard and Barnstable Deputy Sheriff). Bonnie has raised four children in Falmouth and loves spending time with her six grandchildren. Bonnie shares her love for the community, the environment, Cape Cod architecture and our wonderful beaches.
